1. Scope
These instructions describe how to request deletion of information associated with an authorized SocialOps provider connection, how to have customer messages deleted, and how to revoke SocialOps access. SocialOps is an owner-operated application of E&A Enterprises LLC.
2. Information associated with a connection
SocialOps may retain provider account identifiers, usernames, granted permission metadata, connection status, authorization timestamps, account mappings, and operational audit evidence needed to operate and secure an authorized integration. Provider credentials are kept in the established secure credential mechanism rather than this public website.
3. Customer messages
If you sent a message to the Facebook Page or Instagram account of a business of E&A Enterprises LLC, SocialOps may hold that conversation for the periods in section 5 of the Privacy Policy. To have your messages deleted from SocialOps, write to vintagestyleblanks@outlook.com and name the business and the Page or account you messaged.
Requests are carried out within 24 hours. Your messages, the text of the replies, and the name and identifier SocialOps holds for you are deleted, and the deleted messages are not imported again. A minimal record that each reply was sent, with no message text, is kept for one year as evidence. Deleting messages from SocialOps does not remove them from Messenger or Instagram.
4. Request deletion
Send a deletion request to vintagestyleblanks@outlook.com. Identify the SocialOps connection or social account concerned and provide enough information for E&A Enterprises LLC to verify that the request is authorized. Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets, or authentication codes by email.
Verified requests are evaluated against operational, security, audit, and legal obligations. Information that must be retained for those obligations may be isolated or retained as required instead of being deleted immediately. Requests about customer messages follow section 3.
5. Revoke provider access
You may also revoke SocialOps access through the connected provider's account or application settings. Revoking provider access prevents future authorized API access but does not by itself delete local operational or audit records. Contact E&A Enterprises LLC if you also want a local deletion request reviewed.
6. Processing the request
E&A Enterprises LLC will verify the request, identify the applicable connection data, revoke or remove active credentials where appropriate, and respond using the established contact channel. No automatic public deletion endpoint is offered or claimed.
7. Contact
Questions or requests may be sent to vintagestyleblanks@outlook.com.
