Privacy Policy

Effective September 16, 2026

1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy describes how E&A Enterprises LLC handles information in connection with this public website and the owner-operated SocialOps application. The public website and the private operator system have different functions and data boundaries.

2. Public website behavior

This is a static informational website. It does not provide public account registration, sign-in, content submission, or social-account authorization forms. We do not intentionally add advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, fingerprinting, or third-party marketing cookies.

Hosting and network providers may necessarily process technical request information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, request time, and security or access logs to deliver and protect the site. Their handling of that information is governed by their own terms and policies.

3. SocialOps application behavior

The private SocialOps application may process information supplied or selected by an authorized operator, including social media assets, draft text, brand and product references, validation results, human approval evidence, and operational audit records. This public website does not expose that application, its operational data, or its approval workflow.

4. Third-party platform integrations

When an authorized social platform integration is enabled, SocialOps may receive the identity, account, page, profile, permission, and token-related information made available under the permissions approved by the operator and the platform. Integrations are conditional, permission-limited, and subject to each platform's terms and privacy practices.

The static public website does not itself grant access to a social account. Authentication credentials and access tokens are not stored in or served by this website.

5. How information is used

Information processed by SocialOps may be used to operate authorized workflows, prepare and review content, apply validation and approval controls, verify configured connections, maintain explicit account mappings, troubleshoot failures, protect system security, and preserve appropriate operational evidence.

6. Disclosure and service providers

Information may be processed by hosting, network, or social platform providers when necessary to deliver this site or perform an explicitly authorized integration. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or at the direction of the authorized account owner. This policy does not control a third party's handling of information after it is provided to that party.

7. Retention

Information is retained according to operational, security, audit, and legal needs. Retention can vary by information type and by the requirements of an authorized third-party platform. This policy does not promise a fixed retention period where one has not been established.

8. Security

E&A Enterprises LLC uses reasonable administrative and technical controls intended to protect SocialOps information and to separate the public website from private operational systems. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Choices and requests

You may contact E&A Enterprises LLC with a question or request about information associated with SocialOps. Available rights and responses depend on the nature of the information and applicable law.

10. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes to SocialOps, this website, third-party integrations, or legal requirements. A revised version will identify its effective date on this page.

11. Contact

Privacy questions or requests may be sent to vintagestyleblanks@outlook.com.
