How SocialOps works
A controlled path from source to decision.
The workflow separates source material, draft preparation, deterministic validation, and human approval so that each decision remains explicit and reviewable.
The workflow
Select context
An authorized operator selects a brand, target platform concept, finished source asset, and, when relevant, approved product context.
Prepare draft options
SocialOps can help prepare caption options using only the provided context and documented brand rules. Visual observations cannot create product facts.
Apply deterministic checks
Local validation identifies unsupported claims, missing authority, and rule conflicts. Consequential claims without approved support fail closed.
Review the exact version
The operator can edit and revalidate the selected draft. A meaningful edit creates a new version and invalidates any earlier approval.
Make a human decision
An authorized human may approve or reject the exact current version. Historical evidence is retained, and approval does not itself publish anything.
Platform integrations
Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok are distinct provider integrations. Each depends on provider-specific eligibility, account authorization, review, and minimum necessary permissions.
SocialOps does not treat a configured identity or a provider's available feature as permission to publish, and approval alone publishes nothing. Facebook and Instagram publishing is enabled only for a post whose exact approved version an authorized human has scheduled. Before publishing, SocialOps checks the approval, account, and destination again and stops if anything has changed. TikTok publishing is not enabled.
